Digital hearing aids
We stock every style, from behind-the-ear down to invisible-in-canal, across eight manufacturers. Which one suits you depends on your hearing test, the shape of your ear and how you spend your day, so we fit and programme it here and adjust it as you get used to it.See details
Hearing test
A hearing test, or audiometric assessment, is painless and takes about half an hour. You listen to tones through headphones and repeat words back. At the end you get your audiogram, the chart that shows which frequencies you hear well and which you do not, and we explain what it means in plain language.See details
Tinnitus help
Tinnitus is the sound you hear when there is no sound around you: ringing, buzzing, hissing or a high whine. It is very common and it can be treated. We start by testing your hearing, because tinnitus and hearing loss usually travel together, then build a programme around sound therapy and, where it helps, hearing aids with a built-in masker.See details
Repair lab
We run our own repair workshop at the clinic, so most jobs are finished here instead of being sent away. Cleaning, re-tubing, receiver replacement, moisture treatment and custom earmould fabrication for every brand we know of, including aids you did not buy from us.See details
